Dan Evans, President & CEO, Director

Dan has been involved in the acquisition and operational management of energy and oilfield service sectors since establishing the company in 2000. He is the President of The Kennedy-Hill Financial Group Inc., a private Canadian financial services and investment firm established in 1988, and has served as an officer and director of numerous public companies, the securities of which have been listed for trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange, the NASDAQ MNS market and the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”) or its predecessors.

Sead Hamzagic, CFO

Mr. Hamzagic is a chartered professional accountant with 34 years of public practice experience and financial management experience. He has and continues to serve as CFO for several TSX Venture Exchange and private companies, and is well versed in reporting requirements for public companies.

Cyrus Driver, CA, Director

Cyrus is a former partner with Davidson & Company LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants, from 2002 to 2017.

Dave Evans, Director

Dave is President of Sureway Group of Companies Inc., a privately owned Calgary-based corporation consisting of three divisions, including a steel fabrication processing centre that specializes in oilfield, construction, agriculture, forestry, etc. products established in 1970; a steel service centre that deals in the wholesale distribution of all steel products from steel mills across North America established in 1970; and a final assembly shop to fabricate products to customer specifications for all oilfield and industrial applications established in 2006. He is also President of L. A. Steel Ltd., a privately owned Canadian investment and holdings company involved in industrial land and buildings, and a director of Magnum Goldcorp Inc., a publicly traded company on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Murray Rodgers, P. Geo., Director

Murray is a professional geologist and since November 2000 has been the President of Makk Energy Ltd., a private company involved in consulting in the oil and natural gas industry. He was formerly the President and Chief Executive Officer of Zodiac Exploration Corp. and Zodiac Exploration Inc., a TSXV corporation, and has served as an officer and director of other corporations.

Stuart R. Ross, Director

Stuart was appointed to the Company’s Board in February 2018 and has had a distinguished career as a senior officer and director of several public companies, including companies listed on the NASDAQ and TSX Venture exchanges. His sector experience includes mining, beverage production and distribution, medical services, gaming and merchant banking, including 17 years as a senior officer and director of Clearly Canadian Beverage Corp (1986 to 2003). As well, Mr. Ross was President and CEO of El Tigre Silver Corporation, a TSX Venture listed silver exploration company (2007 to 2015) and is presently the CEO and President of Cardero Resource Corp.
